Each block contains 15 sheets of 140 lb acid free watercolor paper bound on two edges, offering the benefit of both a pad and a block and allowing for easy movement from one sheet to the next.

Arches has a tradition of creating high-quality papers for over five centuries. This watercolor paper is superior quality, mold-made paper from the Arjomari Mills of France. This convenient block is glued on all four sides, keeping your surface taut and allowing you to create artwork instantly. Once it's dry, simply remove with a dull knife or the end of your paintbrush. Cold press is highly absorbent, with a slight texture that showcases details well and can accommodate large areas of wash.

This slow approach produces a sheet of great strength that shares much of the working integrity of more expensive mould-made papers. The Easy-Blocks are blocks of 15 sheets of watercolor paper that are glued along two edges, holding the paper flat as you paint. When your painting is dry, slide a dull knife or letter opener in the open side under the top sheet.
